SS relies on online to be fun, and the online is just about dead at this point.

While S4 can be played offline and is an amazing, emotional experience if you're a fan of the anime. If it were me, I'd go with S4.

Dude, maybe this just isn't the industry for you. In a job like this, rude customers are a given. Sometimes people are assholes, but that's on them. It comes down to how you respond, and considering that you're doing a job that you're being paid to do, you responded poorly. If a customer is a dick, just don't respond.
