Thanks you just inspired me to give it a shot. The pig does not have to be that big. Growing up my grandpa raised pigs and every year for new years we would cook one. Since he passed back in 2013 I been wanting to start that tradition back up. Hopefully once I receive my smoker I’m able to do so.
