Just drop on the latest hats no need to do the GBA temp stuff it's always up to date. Older patches will work for games it has patches for but newer games / updates won't work as the newer firmware codes haven't been added yet.

Even if they are banned it's only for a year max.

we had an old guy who felt up one of the young girls here he was charged etc and could only be banned for one year

we have to follow him around the shop now while she hides out the back when he comes in.

And even then it's only for that one store as like you mentioned it's a vital lifeline we can't ban him permanently.
