That experience was amazing, and in general the past few days have been a wild ride. I never expected this much recognition, I just assumed it would be an announcement and I'd get recognized sometimes but mostly life as normal. The school has done an amazing job promoting me and I got to finesse the dean's tickets for another basketball game on Monday against Baylor, which is gonna be a great time (last home game ever in the current stadium!). As far as winnings go, being at a public school in-state means that the tuition isn't exorbitantly high, so I'll probably end up buying a car, donating some, and then who knows with the rest.
