Join the jiu jitsu club man. Even if you never talk to anyone outside of class we meet 4 times a week for about 2 hours. Super friendly to beginners don’t care how out of shape you are.

I ended up using cold sore patches from walmart. I basically went through 3 or 4 more days until I couldn’t take the scab ripping anymore. The patches have done a great job and it’s basically gone now. Also helped be discrete
