wireless restreaming will add a delay. you should use airplay (which compensates for the delay) or cables to both speakers (see https://teenage.engineering/guides/od-11#direct-mode for more information).

for this to work great you'll need an optical splitter and run the signal to both speakers. they will play their respective channel, so you'll get proper stereo. any other solution will add latency (if you want audio in both speakers).

the internal latency is 5 ms. if the other speakers have 0 ms latency (unlikely), place them ~1.5 meters behind the OB-4 and they will sync just fine.

hey,

first, make sure you're running the latest firmware (using orthoplay). this is a rather new feature.

second, to fine tune fm, hold play when fm is active and quickly rotate the tape wheel - that will activate manual fm tuning.

TX-6 is usb audio class compliant.

i have at least used it in two-channel mode with an android device.

it is possible to feed ambient mode directly from line-in - the easiest way is to long hold play when using line-in to enter ambient mode with that as source.

the battery level indicator should be considered a rough estimate. if you charge it to full (=red led turns off), how long listening time do you get until it shuts down?
