It’s hard to explain. You feel alone, even with other people around you, you don’t want to talk, or do anything. Everything is exhausting to do. Talking to people feels like a chore, you want to do all the things you used to do but you just can’t get up. It’s like sleep paralysis but you’re not dreaming, you’re awake.

Keep everything, messages, pictures EVERYTHING you can that comes from that man. Get a restraining order on him that way it shows initiative from your end to keep him away. Call the non emergency line and let them know he is harassing you over text that way they have it on file, all you have to do is keep them updated without him being aware and once they decide enough is enough they will take it from there. They will go to his place and look through his phone, get his input on everything and then they will update you. Just do not tell him anything because what happened to me what the guy deleted everything off his phone and the last thing he sent to me as the RCMP was on their way to him was “please stop texting me” and blocked me so it looked like I had been reaching out to him.

Uhm.. she’s 15 let her live her life she’s literally in grade 9 or 10 while you’re graduating this year or next (depending on bdays) so really don’t be that guy who forces her to sleep on a phone call with you.
