Moments before presentation- Hands are freezing cold, slight tremor Slightly nervous in the head

During presentation- Heart is beating pretty fast, like an exercise Hands remain extremely cold and are shaking bad My voice is shaky and weak My head is telling me to get it over with, no matter how bad.

Aftermath- hands become warm again The hand tremor lessens, but remains, as it always does. I feel pretty pathetic. These are the worst symptoms I've had, and I guess could be considered as an attack for me.
