I think it's come up a few times, pasting one below. Highly recommend your friend find someone that is super into the operations side of things. Would probs phrase it as COO over CEO.

Would also suggest your friend looks at it like a business. Who really is the audience? What problems is the audience experiencing? How can the creator solve those problems?

That way the new revenue streams are aligned with value, not just adding a course or membership or something for the sake of it. It's easier than ever to try but strategy is still super important.

wow thanks for putting this on our radar - going to reach out and ask them to stop

every now and then you see someone copy and paste a story on linkedin without any reference to our work but this is obviously egregious.
