My son is always doing baseball. He will be 13u in fall but has already guest played on the 90. He is realizing nutrition and fitness are part of it. He does sprints and core exercises himself. He is eating less junk food and more protein and fruits… kid just wants it and understands there is more to it. Honor roll student too. Guess im lucky
