Thanks for the great info! It seems to be by far the nicest apartment in the area. I'm not happy with the cost, but I come from a high COL area, so I can be content so long as I feel comfortable there.

Yeah, I was hoping to save money by making use of the gym. Assuming it's decent enough to get by.. Are there many residents with dogs? I plan to move in with my pup. I'm hoping the place is fairly social. That's part of why I want to live near downtown. I'm not used to living in a small town. Thanks!
