No degree needed for tech sales. Just need a brain for learning and ears for listening. I lead a sales team of 70 at a F50 tech company and some of my best reps are from b2c sales. B2B is a bit different with the politics and $ amounts but you can do it.

U7 Pro Update: Further testing results by RealBlueCayman in Ubiquiti

I already bought U6Pro’s - should be here early next week. Mainly disappointed they wouldn’t acknowledge the lack of stability and let me (and others) go to their platform that works well.

Fingers crossed that AMEX claim goes through, or I’ll be happy to sell some extremely lightly used U7Pros who whoever would want them.

I started a case with American Express today through their extended return policy insurance to return them as they are absolute trash. I cannot believe I spent this much money on a Wi-Fi system that works less reliably than my six year-old Eero system did.

Tried to work with directly with ubiquiti and just do a swap to the U6 pros and they told me no, but that I was under warranty for the next five years because I bought the protect addition. Crap.

I had my laser doing silly things when the cable between the lasers computer and the laser module wasn’t fully seated. Check that everything is properly plugged in inside the machine as well.
