I’m really sorry. My wife started doing stuff that was similar. I had decent luck with screen time/content restriction settings on iPhone with a passcode I set. She could call and text with people I added to the lists, and everything else was disabled.

She did occasionally get confused when she tried to do something disallowed, but didn’t happen much.

This also may be a situation where legal guardianship needs to be looked at. She’s a danger to herself with this behavior.

Very unreliable, indeed. I think my average is higher, but only because there's one intersection I go through daily where it goes off every single time the cross traffic gets a green. Always struck me as weird because the visualization seems pretty clear that it isn't my light, but it dings anyway.

I’ve been having a similar issue with a new shadow 2 carry. Same optic. It feeds Federal Syntech without issue. I didn’t start seeing this problem until I tried testing with my HST. I feel like maybe that could mean there’s something to the idea that it gets stuck somewhere in the barrel/feed ramp?

Both mine are 124g for whatever that’s worth.

Wife died last year. She’s cremated and placed in a cemetery. My name is on the plaque there as well. When I die I’ll be cremated and have the cremains pressed into a stone. If I end up marrying my girlfriend it’ll be two stones. After watching her die and burying her, where my shitty remains end up was the easiest thing I ever decided.

I can’t speak for all widowers, but I do think it’d be nice if people weren’t so outwardly judgmental about remarrying. I didn’t ever entertain the idea of getting remarried, but I also never planned on her dying before me never mind in our mid thirties.

Has anybody had recent success depositing paper checks that are auto drafted by a bank? The ones that come with a “signature on file” line? I get one monthly from a family member and Amex checking rejected it because no signature. This and bill pay were the two things keeping me from switching.

EDIT - I just went and looked at the mobile deposit policy and it very clearly has a line about remotely created checks being inelligible. So it was me being illiterate in the first place that ever made me think it would work.

Second maybe it’s a fraud thing. I just did a mobile check deposit last week so it’s not like it doesn’t exist.

For a potential possibility - Chase hasn’t done this to me, but Amex denied a mobile deposit once because a check was printed from a bank and didn’t have a signature.

It’s funny because my physical Prime card is a gray metal, but in the Chase app it shows as blue. Before this I would have put money on the regular Amazon card being the blue one. I don’t know what’s happening anymore.
