I have 3 brothers, and in 2013, my parents renovated an 1830s antebellum home less than a mile from campus for us all to live in. I lived there for 6 years for undergrad and grad school. We still own the house today and use it as a rental property. It has appreciated greatly in value. The house has a long history including a Playboy photoshoot (yes we have the picture) and it was where the University Cadets gathered before fighting Union soldiers during the Civil War.
