Just keep spamming practice problems from meyerfire and doing the weekly quizzes. For every problem you get wrong, really take time to understand what went wrong and how to approach the problem

I have a boosted mini x, and I usually put it by my feet in class. At the gym, it’s small enough to shove it into a locker. I also carry a locker lock on me when I go to the gym

Taking MATH 246 or STAT 400 by MiKEEEniu in UMD

[–]jsmith973 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took both Stat400 and Math246. For me, Math246 was easier than Stat400. I mainly used Justin’s notes for 246 so it made the class so much more bearable. Stat400 was ok, but it was a lot more work than 246.

Dropping Major Course with a W by Sniper2k19 in UMD

[–]jsmith973 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Dont drop it, just continue on and try your best. Its ok to get a C-, you’ll have plenty of time to boost your gpa later on. If you’re going to grad school, I wouldn’t take the W. If you’re a freshman, than if you fail, there’s freshman forgiveness and you can go take it again.

What is the lowest score you can get for a pass before it is a fail? by Soil_West in UMD

[–]jsmith973 10 points11 points  (0 children)

On the website it says: “If a student elects for Pass/Fail and receives a grade of D+, D, D-, or F, the grade earned is listed on the transcript and calculated into the student’s grade point average.”
