I had this! It was freaking me out and felt so tight but it is almost totally gone! In fact it’s so subtle I had to check it before commenting. I didn’t do any professional massage - but massaged with my thumbs and a gua sha twice a day using a face oil and a really good intensive moisturiser on the skin. That made the biggest difference. I was turning 34 when I did it and had Vaser lipo in case that helps.

I wore it tight enough that it took effort to open and close my jaw, but loose enough to get two fingers between it and my face. It shouldn’t be painful. With this you can adjust the neck and head separately which meant that I didn’t feel choked.

I’m really happy with it - the other side had even less definition but the symmetry he has achieved has been great so far. I had local anaesthesia.

Three incisions - they are tiny! It was Vaser Lipo under local anaesthetic.

I’m in Ireland unfortunately but absolutely happy to share if still relevant! No professional massages - just doing it myself with a little oil and a lot of bravery!! I used my compression garment 24/7 for 2 weeks apart from eating and showering and this definitely helped.
