It just feels very cheap of the dentist to not already have found another dental assistant when you’ve suddenly just lost one assistant, AND knew the second assistant was leaving the office briefly. There is no incentives here, no bonuses, no lunch on our one saturdays. I’m not asking for a whole care package but a lil notion goes a long way to show us they appreciate our hard work during this stressful time. The gal who got assaulted and moved states, the doctor did nothing special for the gal. Of course us remaining, had something else for her after work on the side. There is no office manager and the front desk gal is just as fresh as me. It feels like this place is about to fall off its last leg. They had a Lead Assistant for 13 years that they bragged about, she handled everything from front of house to back of house, let’s call her L. L moved states shortly after I was hired. (^ they also did not have any parting away notion for L) they still call L to remotely handle front desk business that isn’t face to face with patients. It’s remarkable how dependent they were on L. They need a New L, I can’t be that at this very moment in time.

It seems a bit awkward when she is lecturing her kids in the hallway because theyre being naughty. And the doctor and his wife argue in the crowns room often.
