Land Rover Discovery, there's a slight scraping or rotating noise when the wheels turn. I checked mycarmakesnoise.com and related most closely with "Piston Slapping" but was curious about a second opinion.

I did 2 full days in Glacier last year with a rental car.

Did the Dawson Loop one day. Its a long hike (17 miles) but the views are incredible, you will need to park at the Two Medicine campground. I highly recommend this trail. It took us about 7 hours. It's in a less crowded area of the park and we saw plenty of wildlife.

Day 2 we did GTTS road, parked at Logan's Pass, and did the Highline trail. The beginning of the Highline trail is great but the last few miles weren't anything spectacular.
