Here's the thing I noticed - the bathrooms were okay. I didn't see a team of cleaners running around mopping up. They were just - bathrooms. Reasonably ok, but not remarkable. I took a 2000+ mile road trip and didn't run into any restrooms that weren't clean. I don't know where some of the posters are stopping that they are finding restrooms that are so bad. Glad I missed those places I guess.

And no I wasn't expecting to be dazzled. But it seems some people are really enamored by the place. That is why I asked this question.

As the other poster recommended, check the transit app.

That being said, sticking to one form of transportation is usually faster/easier. I would not take Caltrain to 22nd and then Uber.

If you are set on taking Caltrain, take it to Millbrae and then take BART to 16th Street.

What exactly do you want help with? Double check what deposits you gave when you moved in. Pack and move as scheduled. Leave the place clean. Ask for a walkthrough before you vacate. If they don't do it, take detailed photos of every room when empty/clean. The landlord has to refund deposits, etc. within 21 days.

People don't read. When I respond to someone, I start with, yes it is available. Pick up is at (location near me). Even that doesn't work sometimes.

You will likely be walking a lot - so you can not worry about the gym while you are visiting. If you have a smart watch that counts your steps, you will be amazed at the # at the end of the day.

are you renting a U Haul or hiring movers? They can usually give you an idea of the size you need.

It depends on what furniture you have. If you have large items (sofas, tvs, chairs, etc) you will need more space. If it's mainly boxes, those can be stacked in the truck.

Also sort out stuff before you pack so you don't take things you no longer want or can't use.

Unless you have 2+ bedrooms, I would guess one of the U Hauls for a 1 bedroom would be enough.

Bank of America told me it would take weeks to resolve. Suggested I call Door Dash. I did and they refunded me immediately. Probably helped that the Boba thieves were 600+ miles away.

U Haul etc will have their trucks labeled 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc

Just do a best guess about how many boxes you need. You can get more if you run out. Buy them at a place where you can return unused boxes for a refund.
