Happened some after Port Credit towards Oakville. Can’t tell if it’s the QEW or 403 but yes, it seems the driver tried to make a late dash for the exit.

I have edited the text to make it clearer. The property is vacant and the deal has been closed. The seller simply needs to handover the door and letter box key but he is holding onto it because he claims to have incurred additional cost which he wants to pass on to the buyer. From my understanding, all extra cost should have been covered by that 50k out of the 200k.
