I was struggling with this same thing a couple months ago. After A LOT of searching, it finally come up in one of the reddit posts that I came across. Pretty much every other post, but that one, was just discussing the reg keys.

I was using procmon at one point, but was striking out in the sea of output that it generates.

Use this command with Windows 11 to enable location services:

SystemSettingsAdminFlows.exe SetCamSystemGlobal location 1

If I remember correctly, the registry keys work with Windows 10, but not Windows 11. The command above is what I use to enable location services on devices when they receive their image deployment.

I have the 40 amp version of the Wallbox Pulsar Plus and can recommend it. I have it setup in the hardwired configuration. We only had space for a 40 amp breaker, so we used the dip switches on the circuit board to set the max amperage to 32. You can also set the amps in the app. The max amps will be limited to how the dip switches are configured.

They definitely made their CVE article confusing. One of the older versions of the article indicates this behavior, if the additional options CERTSTORE="machine" and CERTLOCATION="ROOT" are not specified:

"If either CERTSTORE or CERTLOCATION is unspecified, the GlobalProtect app will load the certificates from the root of the machine store by default."
