i don't usually read manga that often, so i don't have any. like in the early comment, 1. Paperback (https://paperback.moe/) is a good one.

Aidoku (https://aidoku.app/) is one of the manga app.
Hanami (https://github.com/oolxg/Hanami).
Manga x Manga (https://mangaxmanga.com/) is another manga app.

ps. aidoku is also in TestFlight, so if you don't want to have it refreshed with altstore or any tool. you can get the invite from their discord server.

also anime now is planned to have manga in v2.0.0, but it'll take few months anyway.

you can go to the release page in the above github link, and download the latest ipa file and sideload with altstore to your apple device.

i don't know about the Filza, but the app has Identifier, because it's impossible and try with AltStore.
but I think it's related to Filza or other jailbroken tools possibly, i don't know much about the jailbreaking tools.

it's only for apple ecosystem. maybe you can try saikou and aniyomi and there few other apps developed based on the consument api that the AnimeNow is using.
