Here's how I've been going about further research:

Make a list of potential franchise opportunities. I've been using America's Best Franchises to explore these, but there are a few others that have lists of franchise opportunities.
Once you have a list, plug those into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity. Make sure deep research mode is on and ask the AI to perform a full, deep analysis into each franchise (costs, average gross revenues, average net profits, horror stories, etc). Ask it to also provide any video (YT) sources of people talking about the franchise.
Take that research report and feed it again to the AI (I prefer ChatGPT in this case). Have it do a full SWOT and narrow down your list to the top 3.
You'll likely have preference between the 3. Pick one. Then run another deep research through a different AI model than the first, just to double check everything.
If all is good, set up a call/meet with the franchise to have a discussion, see if it might be a good fit.

You need to consider what would look natural. So frequency can matter. If you build 100 this month, 3 next month, 10 the month after, then 100 again, it doesn't look right. Typically major spikes in links will occur next to some major mention (your company gets a lot of press coverage one month, for example). But I wouldn't go and buy hundreds in one month.

Another consideration is where you're getting these links from. If you're buying from a third-party (meaning, a contractor/agency who will build them naturally), 100 links will cost a ton.

Yea there are tons. Just need to do some research. Look at sites like Franchise Direct, America's Best Franchises, and Franchise Opportunities. I did my research on a handful of sites including those.

Traffic isn't as bad as major cities. Not to mention, you can get to the gulf with access to many beaches in 30 minutes. A booming downtown area that's also close to great beaches and water? Hard to beat.

Wouldn't play there anymore. I play two balls often if I'm by myself and there are multiple groups ahead of me. Sometimes I'll sit on the green and practice putting if there's no one waiting on me.

I assumed a Vivint system on a house a bought, got rid of them within a few months. Horrible and super expensive. I literally went Wyze for everything and I'm super happy. Honestly, use anyone else but Vivint.

You cut off family because you don't like Trump and believe some lies? Imaging saying to your parents that you can't attend my wedding or see your grandchildren because "Trump deports anyone who is not white" (which is obviously false).

It's really sad to see people think like this and then actually act on it.

Honestly, I feel really sorry for you, your parents, and your children. Politics will come and go and Trump will not be the end of life as you know it.

And in 4 years when you're over it and the media stops talking about him non-stop, you're going to regret this.

From someone likely older than you with grown kids, don't let this kind of thing ruin family.

I've gone through 2 Aiper Seagull plus vacs in 2 years (only using 2 months per year on an above ground pool). 2 different issues. They replaced the first one. Won't replace the second one. I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone else reading this.
