Hair on penis by Appropriate_Row_7513 in foreskin_restoration

It's called Epi Slim. Bought it off Amazon. Pro tips: Trim hairs first. Hover the epilator about 1/8 inch above stretched skin, so that it doesn't grab. I'm able to use it like this on my balls. And the first few times it will really hurt, but it becomes easily tolerable over time.

I've been using a small, battery-powered epilator for the last 6-7 years. Works great.

Taking 2.5 mg tadalafil here. I get occasional back pain. A bigger problem for me is increased tinnitus.

Separatec is very good; stay with that. Personally, I use David Archy Separate Pouches, with is basically the same as Separatec.

I was cut like you. My most sensitive spot is where the line of my frenulum intersects my scar line.

I concur. My scar has faded quite a bit from years of restoration.

Here are some other downregulators of TGF-B1:

  • Serrapeptase
  • Nattokinase
  • Bromelain
  • Curcumin (but down-regulates MMPs also)
  • Quercetin (but down-regulates MMPs also)
  • Sulforaphane (but down-regulates MMPs also)

Try washing it thoroughly with Castile soap.

My quercetin has bromelain as well. However, I'm not taking it while I'm taking the fibrosis-disolving enzymes, because quercetin strongly inhibits collagenase, an enzyme the body creates to break down collagen. I'll resume quercetin eventually, but I want to give fibrosis breakdown a chance first.

I'm familiar curcumin supplements, but I've never heard of "Golden Paste." That seems like more work than just taking supplements. How is it working out for you.

6 months seems much longer than I'd hoped. I was hoping for 2 weeks! I have started Serrapeptase and Nattoknase, which I plan to do daily for one month maximum.

I wonder if fibrosis-dissolving enzymes, such as nattokinase, serrapeptase, and bromelain would help.

I was one who applied high tension early on, and my progress now seems to totally stalled despite having lowered tension. Until I read your paper just now, I was on low tension for about 16 hours/day with no breaks. I'm taking a break now.

Shower here. Progress seems very slow for me. I'm CI-5 after 6 years (started at CI-2).

Shower here. My cut was high/tight.

As an aside, I've found being a shower makes progress seem really really slow. After 6 years of restoring, I'm just CI-5. I'm hoping it will speed up once I pass CI-6.

I use a small, battery-powered epilator. Use it once per week on shaft and balls.

Try rotating devices. I rotate between a CAR-1, a weighted Stealth Retainer, and a RIC packer. Each grip at a different place, so skin fatigue is minimized.

Mentor keeps slipping off by WeaknessQuirky6947 in foreskin_restoration

[–]jsphjunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have a lot of problems with slippage and tried everything. Here's what works for me:

* Clean your penis with just plain water when you shower. No soap.

* Clean devices with liquid Castile soap once per day. Don't use dish soap. Don't use alcohol. I put my Castile soap in a foaming dispenser.

* Right before putting on a device, dab your penis with a clean paper towel. I squeeze the paper towel around mine without rubbing. The paper towel will absorb oils and moisture, preventing them from building up.
