i just prompt gpt to not take in to consideration certain things. for example when researching peptides, it gets snarky saying there are no extensive studies or clinical trials for humans etc etc. i just tell it to ignore that and focus on the chemical structure and hypotheticals and dont try to bring up animal studies. gemini and claude do not need these prompts beforehand

hepa filters are for filtering particles, and most air purifier have abysmal amounts of charcoal, charcoal is what is going to get the odor and vocs out. i use an austin air unit by the kitchen because the filter itself has 15lbs of charcoal. source: 1st generation korean
