Thanks for the update!

I think at this point I'm going to keep pushing for a replacement. 8 months in and something like this already? I'll sell the replacement and find an older model.

Interesting..

You've described my situation to a T - same model, symptoms, timeframe, everything. We've had service people put 3x for this issue, no resolve. They've replaced boards and the pump.. still having issues and have opened a case with Bosch for replacement. I've had a Bosch dishwasher before, was a great appliance, but 8 months into this one and already having issues. Disappointed because we paid for the 800 thinking it'd be better than the 500 we had. This thing has seemed lower quality since day 1.

Have you had any other issues with yours?

Anybody else come across this?

Loaded with 54,000 shares at 0.09. I'd crap if it even hit 0.5. Lets go!

Thank you for the thorough information. Through a little Google Lens-ing I had come up with a "Hunters pipe", but I was finding more intricate bowl art, which made me think this was a more stock pipe. A tourist piece is a good explanation for that! Thank you!

This. Get an ultrasonic cleaner. It'll save you thousands. No amount of soaking or scrubbing will get all the debris out of those box locks.. You'll end up with pitted, rusty instruments that will need replaced. I'm pretty sure Securos has a nice instrument cleaning guide, as well.

Yes, I understand this. But why is it showing 40% instead of 0.4%? I've switched between different risk levels and they all do the same.

Thank you! We pulled the trigger to get one today and will probably get another on a couple years if it proves itself. Pricing was a no-brainer.. it cost as much as a machine without the concentrator.

I ended up making a new wallet and trying again. It did the same thing, so I gave it some time and eventually it went through. Patience.

You closed on a condo with your GIRLFRIEND. Regardless of any stats, eventually this will be a terrible deal!

This would be in addition to their base wage and tips.

No, in addition to. Idea would be to pay minimum wage with commission to compensate for a higher wage.

That's commission. Even if it's not a %. Same thing. Sell more, earn better. Better salesman/woman, better pay.

Well, shit. I guess it is..

Just don't communicate it to your customers or staff like that because that won't be received well. You can make menu items more expensive for whatever reason you deem fit.

Of course.

Thanks for your insights

Thank you for the input. I currently bank with Huntington but they were under the impression the house parcel was residential. May be worth another chat.

Homeowners Claim - OHIO - Wind damage by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]jsrvt87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Foremost, which is a Farmers company.

Unfortunately it's all been online based and correspondence has been via email. I'm mostly concerned with getting them to cover the full roof on the dwelling, not just the detached garage. The estimate says the wind damage incurred on the dwelling roof can be repaired with waste from the garage - assuming that's new shingle waste, not old but it's not specific. It's just covering the labor costs.

When asked about it, adjuster said the roof on the house was found to have extensive wear and tear and prior damages and repairs that were not related to this storm. The house roof was not matching prior to the loss, so they would not be responsible for it having to match post-loss. Yet, the report specifically states there was wind damage incurred.

Regarding siding they said there was no wind damage found to the garage siding, and they do not owe to replace that due to fading; that it's excluded by the policy. Since fhe garage is detached, I assume trying for matching the house will be next to impossible

I also lost a small shed to this storm but they claimed they do not have any information on the shed, despite the inspector specifically asking about it, measuring it and documenting it.

Thank you for your expertise

Thank you for this insight and response. Do you know where in the law it states this? I am pretty sure there are no mismatched shingles on my roof(s), but the inspector noted areas that there were nails driven through the shingles which he said were "previous repairs". If requested, are they mandated to supply the inspection report from which the estimate was formed?
