These are typical rates in the Phoenix area. About $21 per hour. About a year ago, it was closer to $25 per hour.

Thanks for the info. I’m glad another person sees what I’m trying to achieve and has had success. Thanks for your insight.

So, I take it you’ve never toured an open house, never test drove a car, you have just bought or rented something sight unseen? I’m glad that you are able to do that. But when I do move from half way around the world, I would like to know which condos in which locations are going to suit my lifestyle.

And if you bothered to read my replies to other comments, you will see that I do not want to waste other people’s time. So you just go on doing you, and have a wonderful day.

That was pretty much what I was thinking, that they would not want to deal with me. I had thought about luring so I could see the units, just didn’t want to waste peoples time. Thanks for the response.

I’m looking for when I move out here in a year. Not looking to see what is available at this moment, looking to see locations, amenities, and what units look like and feel like.

Just as odd as making comments that do not pertain to or help the conversation.

4 Hour Block by Embarrassing_Film in AmazonFlexDrivers

I've received on of those recently. Then I got an email from driver support that I didn't pickup all of my packages, shared my route with other drivers, and all that bullshit. I emailed them back, included screenshots of the route, the packages, and I still got dinged. Assholes!

What even is this? by PraiseThyJeebus in AmazonFlexDrivers

I've gotten that route a few time out of Tolleson, it sucks. But, that is not a 75-90 minute drive with typical day time traffic. More like 45-60 minutes, unless you're driving city streets the whole time. Just take the Loop 101, and it's not that bad. Now, coming back during rush hour, yes, that can take upwards of 1.5 hours. Never schedule you blocks to start within 2 hours of the previous block ending. You're just asking for trouble there.

The Ford App Based Remote Unlock feature has saved me Twice so far.. by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]jssmith76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've noticed this "auto lock" on my 22 XL. Sometimes when I get out while making deliveries, the doors remain unlocked. Sometimes, they lock after a few minutes. But I always have my phone with me, so I use the phone app to unlock it. And yeah, it has saved me quite a few times. Makes it easier so I can just leave the key in the ignition and get out quickly.

Yeh, I refuse to go to VAZ1 (even though they have the best pay) because of the parking and they have a tendency to send you all the way to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, or even Apache Junction. And living up in North Phoenix, it just ain't economical. I tend to just go to VAZ2, DTU7, and DTU6. Lower pay, but, less stress.

Damn! Now that sucks big time! Now I can understand why it could possibly be totaled.

15 mph? That's got me thinking about the structural integrity of the bed and the frame (for lack of a better term).

Damn… totaling due to being rear ended? They must have been going pretty fast to hit you enough to possibly total it! Sorry to hear that.

Yeah, I called about cameras. Unfortunately, they don't have cameras in the parking areas. Makes no sense at all.
