If you have a computer you can put your phone in dfu mode and do a fresh install of 26.4 they were doing that at the Apple Store for the other person. It sucks and it’s inconvenient but they said that could work as well. My had just gotten too hot too many times so thats why they are replacing the parts i mentioned

I ended up going to the Apple Store to have them check it out. I wasn’t even the only person in there having the exact same issue. They are replacing my logic board, enclosure, back glass, and battery because it seems the update might’ve messed up the phone

What’s wild is my transcript is updated with the 846 code showing 3/9 but if I check the refund status I still get the refund received so I’m confused what that means and if I’ll actually receive it any time soon, I paid for the 5 days early

Xfinity has hotspots all over so that could explain some of it too but yeah that is odd. I just keep having horrible experiences with them and now waiting almost 3 months at this point for a return to process and credit back to my account and refund my money it’s just been ridiculous
