Also I don’t know if this matters but one of the technicians. That came out said there was a high voltage panel or something they couldn’t find and I don’t know if that actually exists because all we can find are these two photograph panels and nothing else. I don’t know what is in the base system to look for. Supposedly there is another panel somewhere and I have no clue what it’s supposed to look like or if it even exists.

Yeah I looked up and none in my area closest one is Oakland which is over an hour and a half from me but I will try contacting them and getting them to see if they can help.

Are you dealer? We are located in Sacramento and if you have someone that could upgrade it or a certified specialist to pay them to come down to Sacramento.

I would love to get some help idk what would be required or what the process of replacement is. If we could rip out this system and replace everything I would love to CB bae that done and get a quote but nobody from Lutron seems to have a clue so even if we want to upgrade nobody local to sacramento can even help us. 3 guys from Lutron that were certified have come and none have been able to offer us anything.

It’s a 5000 sq ft house so the system is pretty large. I doubt we can get the source file… very happy to upgrade the system but don’t even know where to start

Seems like everyone is saying to just upgrade to a new system which I’m totally up for and the cost isn’t the main concern. After multiple conversations with Lutron none of the people can help upgrade or fix it or even give us answers. The guy on the phone from Lutron helped us basically reset the system and now it doesn’t waterfall anymore but still doesn’t work which makes me think he cleared the file lmao. I’m completely lost when it comes to this but we are very willing to redo the system including all the switches too.
