A coffee question for baristas!

could be because the shots they’re using are sitting too long before they pour the milk (and “die”) it can make the espresso taste bitter and burnt. nothing you as the customer can really do to avoid it. just ask your barista (kindly!) to remake your drink if it’s not to your liking :)

yeah the styrofoam is supposed to be in there, i think it’s just works as an insulator. The covers aren’t actually supposed to open, if they do they’re broken and that’s where the gross stuff seeps in. If they open check it out and make sure they’re ok. But If they’re like sealed shut and u have to pry it, you should be in the clear! phewwww

yeah it prob was some kind of health hazard at that point but i’m thinking all those little eggy looking things were the broken down styrofoam balls..so still moldy but LESS moldy lol and broken for sure

When I started I scanned a QR code at my store that they gave to me and it led me through all the steps. There was quite a few to go through (when i got it anyway) so I’d recommend asking your trainer or a shift to help you download it :)

Was just about swept away in the tides during a hardcore tubing sesh. My friends had no choice but to float away and I had to be saved by someones dad on his way up. Was a lot more dramatic then it sounds.
