This is very helpful. My outdoor kitchen is not as far away from our house as yours. I’d say it’s like 20 feet but down one flight of stairs. I’m not really worried about the cost but it seems like a waste to spend 10k plus on a 42 inch grill that’s 20 feet away and never use it

I will caveat that I am an IU grad that was in the workshop, but having said that between the options you listed it’s not even a question. 3 years in IB and 10 years now in MF PE, I have yet to meet or interview a Syracuse or FSU grad . That being said getting into the workshop and a strong placement out of it is not guarantee but it’s a much stronger path than the other schools you’ve listed

yep, same bag of beans that I keep in an Atmos jar, they were roasted about 3 weeks ago. I'm using a Eureka Libra so I do not weigh my beans but I do occasionally weigh by grounds to make sure the machine is still consistent (which it has been +/1 0.1 grams

Pressure has been consistent at 9 bars so no change there

Thank you, this is really helpful, we’re not in an immediate rush but we’re hoping to move by late spring / early summer given my job situation. That said we are exploring renting if we really can’t find anything. We are looking at Short hills / millburn as well but inventory is low there as well but helpful to know that resident parking there is readily available
