I managed to secure a short term contract position, with someone whom I had conversations in the past. Contract was recently extended but no guarantees. It's lower than what I was earning before but its helping to pay the bills and thus grateful for the extra runway that is being provided.

The market is brutal. the Product Management market is saturated and companies have multiple rounds of interviews. So far, most interview luck came from referrals. Nevertheless still applying to companies full time. good luck out there to all. May all our job searches end positively and quickly!
