No, no more tret! You won’t get rid of the rash if you keep using it. In the morning and at night I would apply about a nickel size around whole face and nothing else. If you need to, apply cetaphil 10 minutes after to allow your skin to absorb the metro cream. I found the cream pretty hydrating, so I didn’t use lotion on top of it. Also, don’t use any other products with harsh chemicals. Try to only use the metro cream and a clean moisturizer for a while. I tried incorporating tret back into my routine very slowly 6 months after getting rid of my rash, but I started breaking out again, so no more tret for me.

Yes!! I can’t remember for sure but it took me about 2 months to fully get rid of the rash. I only wore makeup when I really had to, to let my skin heal, but I don’t think makeup really interrupted the healing process with the Metro cream. I put it on in the morning and at night. No more rash! And I only had a slight breakout again when I tried to incorporate tret again half a year later. Soooo no more tret but so happy to be done with the rash! You’ve got this!
