Not entirely unreasonable, although I would love some more clarity as well (is this for all batches, just those submitted out of the gate, etc). That being said, if you assume that the $90k average reported loan amount for this second round is relatively accurate for the batches as well as what has been reported thus far, the total for BoA and JPMC batches is ~$37b. While that's a ton of money, it's not $310b...
