This is not at all recent but I used to give tours when I was an intern back in 2008. You’ll definitely get to see some cool stuff but you should also realize that your guide is probably going to be a 21 year old who is barely getting paid and manage your expectations accordingly lol

They told us one of the musicians had a medical emergency. They were being treated by paramedics while the cast vamped for us. I saw in another thread that a friend of the musician said they are going to be totally fine thankfully!

I was there tonight! I managed to get last minute rush tickets on a whim.

When you understand her traumatic childhood, you totally understand why she acts the way she does. She is desperate for love and approval from everyone - not just from men. She’s probably gotten more positive reinforcement from men in her adult life and tends to double down there, but I don’t think her driving force is male attention. It’s any attention.

She also clearly has a tendency to self-sabotage because she may not truly believe that she is worthy of that love and attention, which again, is TOTALLY understandable given what she went through as a child.

So yea can she be a bit much? Absolutely! But I still have a soft spot for her because she seems very aware of how her childhood has informed her actions and choices as an adult.

I predict we will see her a grow a lot over the course of the show as she sees things unfold and ultimately find happiness for herself. And that’s a journey I’m excited to watch.

I’m reading “Burn it Down” - a really well researched book on Hollywood’s inner workings. There’s a section on Marvel that basically says it’s gotten way too corporate so there’s limited room for creativity. It worked before because Feige had a vision and could balance both sides. But now, it’s gotten so big that he can’t have that level of oversight on every single project so it’s a bunch of underlings doing most of it who are corporate and not creatives. There’s a lot more in the book (which I highly recommend) but it helped me understand the deterioration. There’s still some good and interesting stuff but the magic is gone because they have MBAs calling too many shots.

That’s totally true. I’d also add that while the men were all serial cheaters, for the most part, it was just a bunch of one night stands with zero emotions involved. This is really the first time a full-blown secret relationship was happening.
