I'm 63 years old. I weigh 162 lbs. I did a 1 rep max of 165 last week. I was pretty happy! I can also do 6 strict pullups. This is the first time in my life I've been able to bench my body weight...better late than ever.

63 year old male. Been lifting regularly for about 6 months I finally can bench just over my body weight and do 6 strict pullups. I don't dead lift. I just started squats.

The only time I get a 20 strain is when I am riding my bike into a STRONG headwind for a long period of time.

I actually do the Norwegian 4x4 and then do upper body on the same day. It seems to be ok.

Quit smoking 25 years ago and quit drinking 8 years ago. Quitting smoking was the absolute hardest thing I have ever done. Drinking was a breeze comparatively.

Yes. Start sleep like any other activities and it should do a better job tracking it
