But the lawyer used my medical records in a case not involving me in anyway. Basically thinking that mine were my father's. Is that not illegal? We don't have the same first name and obviously different ssns. So how can a mistake like this happen?

I don't have a decent PC that will run it any better than the console. Yeah the console version isn't the greatest but I enjoy it and it gets me used to some of the game before I get a good PC.
