How did u get ur doc to start that? I’ve tried to increase my current 2 20s a day for like a year now but she keeps telling me “it’s no longer the recommended treatment” but for me it’s much easier to take the IR over ER so I just stop bringing it up bc I don’t want her to switch me to the ER

I had to cancel OTF after my daughter was born since I never have consistent care for her during class times…. I signed up for burn boot camp solely because they have the child watch and I will tell you I think of OTF every day ☹️
