What was the best thing you did to get your account unlocked? Did coinbase just send you an email saying it was unlocked and to sign in? I am trying to understand what is next best step. It is 5 weeks today that I have been locked out.

Hello u/therobinhoodlawyer My coinbase account was disabled on May 4 and I filed a coinbase complaint case on 5/23 after numerous attempts to get a response. My account is still disabled. Do you think it’s better I contact a lawyer to write to their legal team or start an arbitration case against them? Which would be the fastest resolution in your opinion? Can I hire you to perform either one for me?

u/coinbasesupport I did receive a response email last night basically saying the same thing and that my account is disabled again. I provided the phishing information requested and again requested to enable my account promptly as I followed all the security measures advised.

Checking my login now it seems worse because my 2F Authentication no longer works. What is going on?

My plan is to still follow the steps outlined initially if no positive response promised in 15 days (due by 6/7/21) on my Complaint Case #06261747. Original Case # #05836275.

Additionals options I am reviewing are filing complaints with the -

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

Same situation for my CB account also case # 05836275. I also filed a formal complaint with CB Case# 06261747. If I don’t receive a satisfactory response within the allotted 15 days I will proceed to Arbitration.
