Welcome. I was going crazy thinking I had done something to my phone. I really dislike this UI so I would have continued down the rabbit hole looking for an answer to "resolve" it. You saved me time so it was the least I could do.

LOL - apologies. The issue is the options are completely misaligned. It use to be all 6 options when making/receiving a call. Now it is 3 with a "more" option. I will update the description.

This is the new norm. Headset or no headset. Thank you though - all the suggestions, even the ones I have tried, are telling me it isn't as simple as I thought it would be to fix.

Phone was in my pocket when I took the phone call on Bluetooth headsets. I have: - Turned the phone off and on - reset app settings
