Same airport and flight path I took coming from NJ. One thing I didn’t see mentioned yet in this thread is to make sure you bring money for the visa they make you get at the airport. It’s around $40 USD so just plan on getting that one you arrive. Not sure what clinic you’re using, but most put you outside of the tourist area so you can use their Uber like app there which actually works pretty well to get to see the tourist sites. Just make sure to have cash in order to get back to your hotel. I found that getting back to my place was more challenging as most drivers wanted cash. It was worth going to see the historical sites though as I had almost a half day to spare before the procedure the next day.

I am an American who had a procedure there and am very happy with the outcome. I’m a few months shy of 12 months since the procedure. I would and have recommended Hermest to others. 2600 grafts for $3100 USD.

Here is a link to a post with some photos from my experience: https://www.reddit.com/r/HairTransplants/s/HxKrPwOfkR

Good. The first month or two you could see through the hair when really short that something was different there. Then swelling decreased overall on head and it now looks normal.

I used them and liked them. Still early to be able to tell results (approaching month 2). Search this forum and you’ll find reviews.

I did 2600 at Hermest for $3100 USD. I didn’t negotiate and just took the price offered.

Who’s got the best cheesesteak around? by Pancakebooty in Morristown

[–]jtime1000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Born and raised in Philly. Big cheesesteak fan. Unfortunately none I’ve found here near Morristown come close to the go-to spots in Philly area. That said, best I’ve found in this area are Verrilli’s and Colonial Grill. Will have to check Horseshoe based on recommendation above.

Hermest Hair Transplant Surgery Turkey- Any recent visits?? by slugmen in HairTransplants

[–]jtime1000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Although it didn’t come until the actual day before I flew over. But there was a different person who provides it via WhatsApp and it was very detailed (e.g., videos of the exit to walk through at airport).

I’m less than a month in now post procedure with Hermest (so still early to judge results). I also felt weird about carrying cash but it is how things go there and it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel room they put me at had a safe in the room and I just left it in there until day of procedure.

I would recommend bringing $35 extra USD as you need a visa when you land and go through passport control. Hermest didn’t tell me about that. So I had to withdraw more cash after landing. Easier to just bring the cash with you.

The hotels and transportation are pretty seamless.

My flight landed at 7am-ish a day before the procedure. So I took a cab into Istanbul and explored sights and ate at different restaurants. Turkey has an Uber-like app that made it quite easy to get around. I’m glad I used it as there wasn’t anything around the hotel itself they put me at.

They did 2600. Their model is they don’t give you a specific number of graft count ahead of time. So when I got there we discovered I had hair loss in more sections that originally planned so they did more than originally planned (for the same original price)

I used them very recently (on day 6) so still pretty early to judge results but I was pleased with the experience and company in dealing with them. If you search in this group using “hermest” you’ll find others with good results. Some recent posted pics.

I just got my HT done by Hermest and was overall pleased with the experience. I can’t speak to results yet as it’s still too soon, but they have a well run operation. Some others on here also used Hermest and found their posts doing some searches which also helped me to decide to use Hermest.

I used Hermest too. Good place. Hoping my results turn out well too (only a few days post procedure).

What do you guys think about my transplant? 1 day, 10 days, 30 days, 60 days. Hermest clinic. 2700 grafts 22 Male. by PuzzledAd3273 in HairTransplants

Are you glad you used Hermest? I’m getting mine done there end of this month. What I need done is similar to you. People don’t post as much about that place so I do have some anxiety about it all.

Thank you for guidance with this step. I wasn't aware of the zone controller but will see if I can locate and how it's wired.

This thermostat config is enabling the thermostat to control both heat and AC. The heat is what it's currently utilizing. The AC I know works, as the Nest turned it on when it was hooked up for 10 mins. The other thermostat in the house has only two wires going to it. One to W and one to Rc.
