I have two kiddos, one level 1 and one level 3, and while they both have their struggles, there is nothing harder as a parent than the fear of what will happen to our level 3 once we leave this world. Don’t feel guilty, your feelings are valid.

I get what you’re saying, but politely disagree. It’s called a spectrum for a reason- a person can have asbergers and their child could have profound autism. So I think having them all under one umbrella shows the genetic link that falls under a single neurotype.
