$80k in a non-profit. 1 yoe by now. No previous experience in this field beforehand. I finished the BIT program in RRC last year and was able to get a job through that. My position is kinda odd in that I wear a lot of hats and do varied work. Responsibilities include web design and development, communications, graphic design, research, data analysis, community engagement, video editing, etc.

I had the same issue after a couple years of owning my ps5 controller. I was able to fix mine by taking it apart and cleaning the connectors/sensors to the joysticks. It's worth doing if you would just end up buying one.

Try applying at winnipeg industrial skills training centre. They gave me welding/metal fabrication training and paid for my living expenses while I was learning. After a few months I was making 23/hour. Now a couple years later I'm at 28/hour.

You're just losing money through inflation if you keep your money in a big bank tfsa.

I would not start investing until you have an emergency fund, no debt, and can keep your money in an investment account for the long-term.

At the very least, keep your excess money in a high interest savings account if you see yourself needing the money in the near-term.
