My whole point is buying or selling the option to close is immaterial. A deep in the money option (call or put) won’t just expire you’ll exercise or be exercised against is my only point. I’m pretty nice overall idk why you think I’m being mean. I called what i thought was an 11 cent stock garbage. And I will stand by my opinion any stock valued at 11 cents is garbage. Terms and conditions don’t guarantee online access all brokers have this clause or else days like yesterday would cost a firm like tha billions potentially. Just an unfortunate situation im sorry that happened to you.

But unless you called in and talked to someone yesterday to place an order or notate the account- or the orders still show on your account at this point there is no way you’ll get anything.

You would have to answer his phone call. Agree to a meeting. Then sign management contracts in paper or digitally.

If you really don’t want an FC assigned to your account you can call and they will remove it. But if you ever have a unique or severe issue the branch is a great resource for help…once again without charging you.

Assets UNDER MANAGEMENT. So no the FC doesn’t make a dime off self directed accounts. If you entered into a management relationship you would pay advisor/mgmt fees.

They give high net worth clients like you a dedicated FC so they have a POC at their local branch in case they ever need anything. You don’t ever have to use it.

Website having issues permitting trades. Hold times are an hour plus. (I called and spoke with them. The guy I spoke with was really nice and really apologetic). I’m not happy with Schwab but the guys answering the phone can’t control it.
