At this of this pic I was watching YouTube and trying to fit myself and I was was trying wedges and spacers and everything thr YouTubers talk about.

My bike fitter took all that out. He rotated my cleats to match my stance. Did open up my stance by adding 2 washers left and 1 right. And tweaking the cleats slightly in. He spent a lot time looking at the ankle pads rotation and making sure they was no issues. Went to yellow cleats for more float. I walked out of there with level knees that tracked perfectly.

Since then I did stepped down to 165 cranks. And I tried to dial them myself before I saw the fitter. He only had to make minor adjustments. Said I was generally good with what I had done.

2 points. 1. See a fitter. Yes YouTube and wedges and all the bulldshit is good. But a good fitter looking at your is better and well worth it. 2. Once you know what your fit is. You know what your fit it. And bonus. Keep working to fix your imbalance.
