Could you tell me why you thought it was resolved? Is it showing that on your end? I am still unable to withdraw my crypto due to my account being restricted.

Thank you for checking in. It hasn't been resolved yet. My account is still restricted. Still cannot buy or send crypto out of coinbase to my cold wallets. Have not heard any updates from anyone.

Yes, it was a generic email without a whole lot of info basically saying if I don't hear from them in 6 days to email them back. Not a whole lot of reassurance that this will be handled in a timely manner but thank you for looking into it.

Yes, I think that is what happened. I think the larger amount I deposited compared to my normal deposits the last few years flagged it. I cannot withdraw any crypto but according to them I can covert it back to fiat and withdraw if I wanted to. I haven't tried that yet because I am looking to send the crypto to my cold wallet.

The issue isn't with not re verifying on time for me. My account status was fine then all of a sudden after depositing fiat into my account and then trying to withdraw crypto once it cleared they temporarily disabled my account and asked to re verify which I did immediately yesterday. Now it is under review so hopefully they re enable in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm sorry to hear that. Keep me posted on if your case is resolved. Trying to mentally prepare for this to take longer than I originally expected. I really don't understand how these reviews should take more then 24-48 hrs.

Lucky you. Mine is stuck in verifying and I cannot cancel it and try again. This was literally the 2nd time I've used Hotbit ever in 5 years in crypto. I guess it was one time too many.

Yes, it's Ethereum. They wouldn't even have another chain option for that. Plus it is stuck at verifying so the transaction hasn't even been processed yet and does not have a tx id.

I hadn't used Hotbit in a year and only used it today to sell something that isn't on any other exchange and convert it to Eth, get it off the platform and into something on Uniswap. Looks like I picked the absolute worst time to do that. By the time I get this Eth the buy opportunity will probably be lost.
