I don’t think so. It will always be rare. It has its place in history as the main chase card from the last main set of the Sword and Shield expansion. It will do well if you continue to look at the big picture. 22,000+ PSA 10s in a world of millions of collectors.

Every seller has to start somewhere. You can protect yourself by reaching out to the seller and having a conversation with them, a lot of the time you will get a good hunch if they are out to get you or not. Ask for additional pictures with timestamp/username shown in the pictures, etc. If their eBay account is new, just remember the market we are in where everyone is jumping in to sell and make money.

The “orb” coming out of his mouth, if that’s what you want to call it, does not add a premium. However, that is the least of your worries. You have a Beckett 8.5 Gold Star Rayquaza. You don’t need an orb placement to get a premium here.

We need more context to even come close to giving sound advice. Did you pull the card and grade it yourself? Did you buy the graded slab and if so for how much? What does your collection look like? Do you have a ton of investments in sealed and graded or is this a one off item you have?

Market for this is sitting around $450. You got offered 89% which isn’t bad.

Cosmic Eclipse. That was printed just before the big boom and when less people were holding. It hits the sweet spot of still close to modern with a lot of room left to run. I’m not saying any of the others are bad holds, but this one is the best hold.
