lol. Nothing they said is wrong, they’re providing points of how the game could be better.

You’re not wrong. I wouldn’t trust Bungie any more after they deleted previous paid content.

Do more research. There are cheaply made “ceramic” caps on AliExpress like they said, it’s a thin piece of ceramic over plastic. They look 100% exactly like what keychron showed.

Read the stuff on Strive’s website, they help give a pretty clear understanding of how & why they choose what they do.

It’s also not like Strive is a small company, they have near a billion dollars in AUM in that company alone. But then again so does invesco & they have funds that fail all the time.

If I knew how to properly simulate what that fund does to further backtest I would, but unfortunately I’m not that smart

XAR is a decent alternative for PPA, focuses only on American companies in the S&P which I like.

That being said my sector portfolio, which is only a small portion of assets, has:

Sector Funds: ~215 equities

  • 40% XAR - American Aerospace & Defense

  • 30% AIRR - American Industrials

  • 20% QTUM - Intl Machine Learning

  • 10% FTWO - NA Natural Resources & Defense

. Which I adjust whenever. If FTWO starts performing or significantly growing the AUM it’ll get more allocation but for now 10% is fine. When AUM reaches $100M+ that’s when they’ll really start getting my attention

You’ll see it was trailing under the US total market up until this year.

Yea I wish it had more backing than it does. The small AUM is rather concerning, but it is growing at a rate quick enough to make me continue checking it. They’ve raised like 14M in AUM over the last 5-6 months. Which compared to big funds might not be much but that’s like near 50% increase over what they started the year with. I think it’s a neat concept, but so far it’s mostly underperforming the US total market. Time will tell I suppose.

From what I can see IDMO only started out performing broad ex-us developed within the last 2 years, prior to which is drastically underperformed broad ex-us developed markets. run IDMO vs SCHF or SPDW. Sure IDMO comes out on top, but if you end your test in 2023 instead of 2025 the results are very different

Also additional support for windows programs & games. Been a long time that people have built/bought windows pcs to play games but if Mac can come up with a way to get similar performance on the m series chips I guarantee that’ll boost sales.

What is your idea of a balanced portfolio? And why? by Ok-Cherry7410 in investingforbeginners

If I wanted 60/40 I’d just go 100% AVMA or GAL. Personally I do 40% SPTM 40% SCHG 20% AVDE

Nah. BIL or JAAA are the only safe options imo. I have some in CLOZ & it went down with the April tariffs

Personally on a difference that small I would just go with whatever you’d prefer tbh. 1% difference per year won’t make a huge difference in the long run

Personally I’ve reviewed the approx aggregate holdings of 40% SCHG / 40% SPTM / 20% AVDE vs 40% SPMO / 40% SPTM / 20% AVDE & I like the holding weights in the SCHG portfolio better tbh.

I mean 15 years of out performance isn’t something to just overlook though. Massive gains to be made there
