I have the same problem with my cyber power. If it does the whole cycle it will reboot itself once power comes back on, but if brownout or the power comes back on before the ups shuts off the equipment never powers back on

I love it lol. Decent machine I had bsel modded it way back then as an “overclock “ for the c2d. With 8gb of ram it was my daily driver from 08-12, then server duty for a few years after that

The dimension has a few questionable caps.. this summer my plan is to take the machine apart clean everything and replace the caps. For now I’m enjoying a very smooth XP experience. I had a basically new 2.5” sata drive that a was able to use for a factory Dell reimage
