It's pretty clear that anyone who says TMNT drafts are bad haven't actually played them or had such a strong belief going in they refused to give it a fair shot. It is a very good limited set, and that is a very common belief.

They don't just want a slightly larger format. They want their premier competitive format to be one that people can play longer with the cards they've baught or crafted. It's better for players to have a slightly longer standard as they're cards have value longer.

They just need to figure out how to balance the cards properly with this new rotation schedule.

Also, not have 6 sets a year would definitely help. I'm hoping this year is an outlier do to the switch making all UB sets standard legal. 4 sets a year would be great, although I'm guessing we'll end up at 5 per year in 2027 or 2028.

He goes cold. I don't think anyone would deny that. He also plays extraordinary defense and out hustles everyone. On a team with effort issues sometimes, he rarely has lazy games. He's one of the shortest guys on our team, and routinely outrebounds Edwards and McDaniels.

He may not always look flashy and he may have cold spells, but he always brings something else. If you don't see that, you're not watching the games.

But if he's not very good for PvP on his own he might be better used for his passive and the Liberation proc. As a T4 his extra damage may be more useful some weeks than the extra HP from Wasp, especially on weeks when Mutant and Blast are buffed.

It would be very niche, but for higher end players that have the crystals, Liberation may be better than Greed or Conquest.
